Teaching Model
We have “Hybrid Customized Interactive teaching model”. We believe that Education should be interactive, two-dimensional, personalized and should be tailored to every student.
All of our courses are “A blend of Online home classes & Classroom-coaching”. When we say Online, it means “Live Virtual Class”. We don’t offer recorded lectures or animations.
For Offline Classroom mode, we have collaborated with schools all over India. We utilize their classrooms in the evenings or weekends to conduct classes.
Individualized Learning v/s Herd Teaching
We believe that education should be individualized and it should not be what coaching centers do. Most of the educational companies practice “Herd Teaching” in which they make large batches to maximize their profits.
We specialize in a method of teaching in which content, instructional technology, and pace of learning are based upon the abilities and interests of each learner. Admission Standard Operating Procedure
Every new student is mapped into a “Zero Group” for a week. Zero group is also called “Introductory Phase Group”. After a week, based on everyone’s performance in “Mapping Phase”, students are divided into five different IQ groups.
Our Internal Mapping System is a process to mark or rate students on the basis of their Intellect, Intelligence (IQ), Aptitude, Attitude, and Commitment.
Our Mapping system also helps us in making “Homogeneous Batches”. Similarly mapped students are grouped into the same batches.
Batch Selection Methodology
We follow a scientific selection process in batch-allocation. Batches are made based on the student’s “IQ Parameter Mapping”. Same mapped students are grouped into the same batch. In this way, we create homogenous groups in terms of Intellect, Intelligence (IQ), Aptitude, Attitude, and Commitment.
Every Batch is provided with a unique and customized solution. The solutions are not only different in its content but also in course structure, syllabus, approach, class schedule and program pace.

Course Material
Our Course Material is unique in its content and presentation. We believe in “Real Education” in which our focus is not only to give comprehensive written material but also to make a better-educated person.
Key Features
XAT Course Structure
All the XAT courses whether regular or customized are unique in their structure.
All Phases of the course are designed to be as personalized as a “One-on-One” Instruction.
All Courses are divided into four phases:
- Introductory or Mapping Phase (One-on-One Stage): This phase is employed at the beginning and usually takes 2-4 sessions. In this phase, XAT Instructors try to analyze every student in the batch by their interaction with them. This step takes 10% of total course time.
- Foundation Phase (Batch Stage): It covers basics of all sections of XAT. This phase is around 20-50% of the whole course.
- Testing Phase (One-on-One Stage): This phase involves Computer Adaptive Tests, Computer Based Tests, and Paper Based Tests. Every course comes with a commitment of “Minimum Tests” i.e. a minimum number of tests which a student has to attempt to complete the course.
- Control Phase (One-on-One Stage): This last Phase is to look into any gaps in test preparation.
What is the maximum number of Tests offered?
No Limit. We don’t assign it to a numerical value. The objective of Testing Phase is to improve student’s ability. Tests for any student will not stop till we see desired results.
The primary objective of Testing Phase is to search for student’s ‘Optimal saturation level’. This stage can also be defined as a stage where Concept, Application and Practice variable will not have any effect on the score.

Elite Batches
We offer two Elite batches: “90+ percentile Batch” & “96+ percentile Batch”. Both batches come with “Money-Back Guarantee”. New Students cannot opt for these batches, the admission is through “Invitations” only. Students of regular batches are offered seats in these batches on the basis of their performance.
“EduShastra Select” Batches
“EduShastra Select” is our new initiative. The Generic idea is to create “100% Perfect” batch, which can have 100% success rate. Right now, our average success percentage hovers around 80-90%. This effort is our “Last Mile Journey” in which we implement “Six Sigma” Quality Management Methods and Processes in our course structure as well as methodology.
These batches will not have open admissions, but every student must earn his/her space in it. We will do everything to make sure that we create a “Zero Defects” methodology and course structure which can create a “100% Perfect” group.
Program Highlights:
- One-on-one Personalized Course for each student.
- Custom-Built Testing Phase: It is further divided into three phases.

- Paper-Based “Sectional & Full-Length” Tests: 10%.
- Computer-Based “Sectional & Full-Length” Tests: 10%.
- Computer-Adaptive “Sectional & Full-length” Tests: 80%. We use Assess and Concerto Computer-Adaptive Platform at this stage.
- 90+ Percentile Phase: Testing Structure Mix:
- EduShastra developed XATPrep tools.
- Computer-Based “Sectional & Full-Length” Tests: This stage will see an application of Concerto Computer-Adaptive Platform.
- 50-80 Percentile Phase: This range is also called “Mass-Range or Mean-Range”. Most of the test-takers belong to this range. Testing Structure Mix:
