Teaching Model
We have “Hybrid Customized Interactive teaching model”. We believe that Education should be interactive, two-dimensional, personalized and should be tailored to every student.
All of our courses are “A blend of Online home classes & Classroom-coaching”. When we say Online, it means “Live Virtual Class”. We don’t offer recorded lectures or animations.
For Offline Classroom mode, we have collaborated with schools all over India. We utilize their classrooms in the evenings or weekends to conduct classes.
Individualized Learning v/s Herd Teaching
We believe that education should be individualized and it should not be what coaching centers do. Most of the educational companies practice “Herd Teaching” in which they make large batches to maximize their profits.
We specialize in a method of teaching in which content, instructional technology, and pace of learning are based upon the abilities and interests of each learner. We try to recognize the uniqueness of each learner and thus we provide adequate tutorial guidance, and other services to bring about a wholesome development in the person. The ultimate goal is to provide a learning environment that maximizes the potential for student success.
All courses are designed to be a “One-on-One” teaching.

Admission Standard Operating Procedure
Every new student is mapped into a “Zero Group” for a week. Zero group is also called “Introductory Phase Group”. After a week, based on everyone’s performance in “Mapping Phase”, students are divided into five different IQ groups.
Our Internal Mapping System is a process to mark or rate students on the basis of their Intellect, Intelligence (IQ), Aptitude, Attitude, and Commitment.
Our Mapping system also helps us in making “Homogeneous Batches”. Similarly mapped students are grouped into the same batches.
Batch Selection Methodology
We follow a scientific selection process in batch-allocation. Batches are made based on the student’s “IQ Parameter Mapping”. Same mapped students are grouped into the same batch. In this way, we create homogenous groups in terms of Intellect, Intelligence (IQ), Aptitude, Attitude, and Commitment.
Every Batch is provided with a unique and customized solution. The solutions are not only different in its content but also in course structure, syllabus, approach, class schedule and program pace.
CAT Course Structure
All the CAT courses whether regular or customized are unique in their structure.
All Phases of the course are designed to be as personalized as a “One-on-One” Instruction.
All Courses are divided into four phases:
- Introductory or Mapping Phase (One-on-One Stage): This phase is employed at the beginning and usually takes 2-4 sessions. In this phase, GMCAT Instructors try to analyze every student in the batch by their interaction with them. This step takes 10% of total course time.
- Foundation Phase (Batch Stage): It covers basics of all sections of CAT & GMAT. This phase is around 20-50% of the whole course.
- Testing Phase (One-on-One Stage): This phase involves Computer Adaptive Tests, Computer Based Tests, and Paper Based Tests. Every course comes with a commitment of “Minimum Tests” i.e. a minimum number of tests which a student has to attempt to complete the course.
- Control Phase (One-on-One Stage): This last Phase is to look into any gaps in test preparation.
- Blend of Online home classes, Classroom-coaching, Homegroup classes & 1-on-1 tutoring.
- Highly Interactive and personalized teaching.
- Money-Back Promise is not applicable for Crash courses.
- Test-taking strategies developed by our teachers.
- Special helpline sessions for students who require extra practice.
- Comprehensive study material. Relevant study materials will be provided.
- Weekly tests will be conducted and results will be notified by mail.
- Offline classes are held in a very comfortable ambiance.
- For Online classes, Zoom and Blackboard software are used which is known as a very interactive medium.
- All Classes-Offline Classroom & Online are recorded. Students can access the recorded sessions in Class Video Membership.

Our Faculty
Our faculty can be called missionaries who are working under our banner not only for monetary gains but also share our mission and direction.
All batches are assigned a Teachers Panel which usually have 8-9 teachers who take care of all course requirements. We believe that a teacher is a paternalistic leader who works by acting as a father figure by taking care of their subordinates as a parent would.
